Our standard dumpster rental period is 3–4 days. If you need to keep the dumpster longer, additional days are available for $10 per day. Just let us know how long you'll need it when scheduling, and we'll do our best to accommodate your project. 

Our dumpsters can be used for many common household, renovation, cleanout, and construction materials, including furniture, mattresses, household junk, lumber, drywall, flooring, cabinets, remodeling debris, and yard debris. Materials must be loaded safely and remain within the dumpster's capacity and allowable fill level. If you're unsure whether we can accept a particular material, contact us before loading the dumpster. 

Certain materials require special handling and cannot be placed in a standard dumpster, including paint and chemicals, tires, certain electronics, refrigerants, and hazardous household waste. Some restricted materials may be accepted separately for an additional disposal fee. If you have something you're unsure about, set it aside and contact us before putting it in the dumpster so we can determine the proper disposal method.

Not necessarily. As long as we've discussed the delivery location and our driver can safely access the property, you generally do not need to be home for delivery. If there are specific placement instructions, gates, access issues, or other concerns, let us know when scheduling your dumpster.
